Open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM, including weekends and most holidays. The long day suits contractors and resellers picking up soil before or after site hours.
Loam soil is P75 for one 8 kg pack. Bundles bring the price down: 3 packs for P210 and 10 packs for P690. Prices on this page are the branch prices at Sampaloc.
Both. Pickup at the stall is free. For delivery we book Lalamove and you shoulder the fare, which depends on your distance from Sampaloc. Place your order above and we will confirm the fare before dispatch.

We do. Garden soil comes as an elf load of 3.4 cubic metres for P8,500, or a dump truck load of 12 cubic metres for P17,000. Loam soil is P2,880 per cubic metre with a 3.4 cubic minimum, delivered by closed van. Add a load to your order above, or call 0919 090 9380 with your volume and location.
P2,500 per cubic metre on the elf load, since 3.4 cubic metres costs P8,500. On the 12 cubic dump truck it drops to P1,417 per cubic metre, because the whole load is P17,000. Loam soil is P2,880 per cubic metre. Those are the Sampaloc branch prices and they include delivery inside our free zone.

One cubic metre of loam is about 62 of our 8 kg packs. Bought by the pack that comes to P4,650. In bulk it is P2,880, so you keep P1,770 on every cubic metre.
The 3.4 cubic minimum works out to roughly 211 packs. By the pack that is P15,825. As one bulk load it is P9,792, so you save P6,033 and you handle one delivery instead of stacking two hundred sacks.
Garden soil works the same way. An elf load is P2,500 per cubic metre. Step up to the 12 cubic dump truck and it drops to P1,417 per cubic metre, which is P13,000 less than moving the same volume in three and a half elf trips.
In whole numbers: the elf is 3.4 cubic metres for P8,500, the dump truck is 12 cubic metres for P17,000. Both come with free delivery inside our Quezon City zone.
3.4 cubic metres, which is one full elf truck. Anything under that we can still deliver, but the hauling is charged separately. The 3.4 minimum applies to both garden soil and loam soil.
