What 10 sqm looks like
Grass is cut into sods and bundled into sacks like these. Each sack covers roughly a square metre, so a 10 sqm minimum is about 10 bundles. They arrive damp and freshly cut, which is why they need to go down within a day.
Order by 6:00 PM for next-morning delivery. Your grass is harvested overnight once the order is confirmed, which is why the cutoff is firm. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are harvested the following night instead.
Payment
No advance payment. You pay for the grass when it is delivered, and for the installation once the work is finished and you have seen the lawn. GCash, bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations
Cancel any time before the 6:00 PM cutoff and there is nothing to pay. After that the grass has already been cut for you, and it cannot be replanted or put back into stock, so a cancellation at that point carries a 10% charge on the order value.
All grass and the installation crew dispatch from our depot at 664 Commonwealth Avenue, Novaliches. Delivery times across Metro Manila are counted from there.
How it works
From bare ground to a finished lawn
Seven steps. The ones people skip are levelling and tamping, and those are the two that decide whether the lawn lives.
Consultation and site visit
Send us the area in square metres, or just a photo of the space, and we confirm the grass type, the total cost and the earliest delivery date. For larger or uneven ground we visit first to check access, drainage and how much levelling it needs before anything is ordered.
Site preparation
The area is cleared of old growth, weeds, rubble and stones. Anything left underneath will show through the finished lawn.
Levelling
The surface is graded flat and firm. This is the step that decides whether the lawn drains properly or holds puddles after a storm.
Laying the grass
Sods are laid edge to edge across the prepared ground, cut to fit the borders, with the seams closed up so the lawn knits into one surface.
Tamping and watering
The grass is pressed down firmly onto the soil, then watered straight away. This is what puts the roots in contact with the ground. Skip it and the sod dries out and dies.
Watering and maintenance
Daily watering for the first two weeks while the roots take. Our crew can come back for mowing and upkeep once the lawn is established.

Grass starts at ₱199 per square metre with a 10 sqm minimum order. Installation is quoted on top of that and depends on how much clearing and levelling the ground needs. Send us the area in square metres and we will give you the total.
10 square metres. Below that the harvesting and delivery run costs more than the grass, so we cannot quote it.
Order and confirm before 6:00 PM and your grass is harvested that night and delivered the next morning. After 6:00 PM it moves to the following day. We do not hold cut grass in storage, which is why it arrives fresh.
Not at the moment. Grass supply and installation covers Metro Manila only, dispatched from our depot at 664 Commonwealth Avenue, Novaliches. For provincial work, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Not currently stocked. We carry Carabao, Frog and Blue grass. If you were set on Bermuda, Frog Grass is the closest in look because of its finer blade. Ask us and we will tell you what suits the spot.
