Urban Goes Green offers same-day loam soil delivery across all 17 cities in Metro Manila. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day via Lalamove. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 hours after dispatch from our Fairview, Quezon City location. Delivery speed depends on your specific location within NCR and current traffic conditions. We coordinate directly with the Lalamove rider to ensure smooth delivery. You can track the rider in real time through the Lalamove app once your order is dispatched. For urgent orders requiring faster delivery, contact us directly and we will prioritise your shipment.

Loam soil delivery cost includes two components: the soil price and the delivery fee. Loam soil costs P75 per 8kg pack. The delivery fee is calculated by Lalamove based on the distance from our Fairview, Quezon City location to your address. Nearby areas in northern Metro Manila have lower delivery fees. Locations in southern NCR like Muntinlupa or Las Pinas will have higher delivery charges. We provide a complete quote showing both soil cost and delivery fee before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges. For larger orders of 50 packs or more, we offer volume discounts on the soil price. Contact us with your address and order size for an accurate total quote.

There is no strict minimum order for loam soil delivery from Urban Goes Green. You can order as little as one 8kg pack at P75. However, we recommend ordering at least 5 to 10 packs to make the delivery cost per pack more economical. Lalamove delivery fees apply regardless of order size, so spreading the delivery cost across more packs reduces your per-pack expense. Most customers order 10 to 20 packs for home garden projects. For raised bed and landscaping projects, orders of 30 to 50 packs are common. Bulk orders above 50 packs qualify for volume discounts on the soil price. Cash on delivery is available for all orders within Metro Manila.

Yes, you can track your loam soil delivery in real time. We dispatch all standard orders via Lalamove, which provides real-time tracking through their mobile app. Once your order is dispatched, we share the Lalamove tracking details so you can monitor the rider's location and estimated arrival time. For truck deliveries on bulk orders, we coordinate directly with the driver and provide phone updates on the delivery status. We also send you a confirmation message when the delivery is about to arrive so you can be ready to receive the soil.
